It comprises of a customized application software which takes care of Project Management of RE Assets and Asset Management of the same.
Project Management
All activites from procurement to establishment /commissionng of RE Assets are done on the system which generates a comprehensive database of the installations along with the technical details and the vendors responsible for its upkeep.
Asset Management
Asset management ensures sustsinbility through maintenance repair/ replacement and restoration. As per OREDA guidelines, 2(two) types of maintenance activities are conducted.
1- Scheduled maintenance
2- Corrective maintenance
This activity monitors and evaluates service performance of each vendors and the organisation as a whole. Efforts are being made to also monitor the working performance of these assets through the generation data. It integrates all the stake holders from the users to OREDA customers to the vendors and their mechanics with OREDA as an organisation.
